These terms govern your use of the Par72 website and platform, operated by Massfeller LLC ("Par72," "we," "us"). By using the site or requesting a pilot, you agree to them.

The service

Par72 provides software to run a golf league — scheduling, pairings, live scoring, payouts, and communication. Features and pricing may change as the product evolves.

Pilots

Free pilots are offered at our discretion to let your league try Par72 with your own course, members, and format. A pilot carries no obligation to purchase and can be ended by either side at any time.

Acceptable use

Use Par72 lawfully and for your own league. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access data that isn't yours, or misuse it to harm others.

Your data

You own the data your league puts into Par72. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Par72 isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
