Par72 (“Par72,” “we,” “us”) operates the website par72.co. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

When you join TPS or use this website, we may collect:
- Name and email address — for membership and login via Google Sign-In
- Phone number — for group communication
- GHIN number — to fetch your official USGA handicap index
- Golf scores — entered during weekly game days for scoring and payouts
How We Use Your Information
- Managing membership and game day participation
- Calculating handicaps, scores, and weekly payouts
- Displaying leaderboards and results to members
- Communicating schedules and announcements
Authentication
We use Google Sign-In through Cloudflare Access for authentication. When you sign in, we receive your email address from Google. We do not store your Google password or access any other Google account data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Your data is only shared within TPS:
- Names, handicaps, and scores are visible to other members on the website
- Weekly results may be shared to the TPS Facebook group
- GHIN numbers are used solely to retrieve handicap data from the USGA/GHIN system
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare’s infrastructure (Cloudflare D1 database and Cloudflare Pages). We do not store payment information — weekly pot contributions and payouts are handled directly through Zelle or other payment providers outside this website.
Your Rights
You may request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting Ro.
